DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:
- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
 - Clean kitchen and work area
 - Inspect kitchen and food service areas and ensure that all ingredients & kitchen adhere to safety standards and health standards
 - Cooking food/meals correctly and in a manner that is hygienic
 - Monitoring stock of required ingredients
 - Responsible for day-to-day kitchen operation.
 - Prepare food items as per company standards and recipes while also accommodating guests’ special requests
 - Prepare, cook, and serve a variety of items in accordance with menus.
 - Ensure food preparation and the presentation must be up to par in the kitchen.
 - Assisting in inventories, stock ordering management.
 - Ensure kitchen safety and food hygiene standards are followed.
 - Ensure proper handling and storage of all food items.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Atleast 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
 - No Education requirement.
 - Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods will be an advantage.
 - Understanding of food preparation techniques.
 - Experience in using different cooking tools, equipment and utensils.
 - Ability to work in a team
 - Ability to multi-task.
