Requirements:

  • University degree in business management with focus in finance and accounting preferred.
  • At least 5 years of experience in commercial account management and commercial lending.
  • Excellent knowledge of the marketplace, particularly with respect to SME and Mid-Market commercial lending space.
  • Relationship driven, strong ability to establish, maintain, and manage client relations.
  • Ability to consult, counsel, and support to clients commercial and personal financial needs.
  • Thorough understanding of relevant Canadian regulatory requirements, commercial lending industry and related products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing and expanding assigned loan portfolio and profitability.
  • Identify, acquire, and develop new business opportunities related to commercial lending and financing.
  • Build long-term profitable loan portfolio with existing clients while achieving short-term lending target to support a high growth strategy.
  • Develop and execute individual marketing strategies while ensuring alignment with portfolio objectives and corporate goals.
  • Maintain strong relationship based selling skills, client relationship management, and networking skills.
  • Exercise sound credit judgment to ensure high-quality loans through sales focused strategy to generate high-quality loan proposals.
  • Develop strong network of referral sources by leveraging on existing networks through active involvement and participation with the business
  • Perform financial analysis and risk assessment where applicable.
  • Develop and conduct training modules for employees and internal stakeholders.
  • Other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned.

Detailed Roles and Responsibilites:

  • To provide leadership while working as part of the sanitation team to clean all food production within the CBPCC facilities.
  • Maintain a strong working knowledge of cleaning agents, processes, procedures and frequencies, which would include the cleaning of all processing equipment as well as the facility.
  • Become familiar and able to work in a HACCP based environment.
  • Inspecting the manufacturing process to determine sanitation protocols.
  • Designing and implementing sanitation policies and protocols.
  • Coordinating and monitoring cleaning schedules.
  • Creating and distributing work schedules for the sanitation workers.
  • Performing daily inspections of the manufacturing facility and reporting any irregularities.
  • Implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with regulatory authorities.
  • Providing feedback to company managers and advising on manufacturing changes.
  • Monitoring the preparation and use of cleaning chemicals.
  • Training sanitation workers and organizing refresher workshops for existing staff.
  • Provide GMP and WHIMS to all workers.
