Salary: $17.00 hourly, 30 hours a week

Job Duties:

– Provide advice about merchandise

– Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce

– Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties and delivery dates

– Greet customers and discuss type, quality and quantity of merchandise or services sought for purchase

– Maintain sales records

– Prepare merchandise for purchase

– Prepare sales contracts and accept cash, cheque, credit card or automatic debit payment

Languages Requirement:

– English, and Mandarin will be extra asset

Education Requirement:

– College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Experience Requirement:

– 7 months to less than 1 year

Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Ensure food service and quality control
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Establish work schedules
