Responsibilities

Tasks
Collect medical information from patients, family members, or other medical professionals
Help patients develop healthy habits, break old habits and reshape their approach to wellness
Consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients’ physical and mental health
Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
Inoculate and vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
Participate in health care policy and planning
Advise patients on health care
Be the patient advocate
Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
Provide acute care management
Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues

Credentials
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses
Licentiate of the Medical Council of Canada (LMCC)
Licensure by provincial or territorial authorities

Role and Responsibilities:

 

·       Manage daily accounting and financial tasks, including bookkeeping, transaction recording, and account reconciliation

·       Prepare financial reports and statements with a high level of accuracy

·       Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing

·       Assist with payroll preparation and compliance

·       Handle tax filings and ensure that all financial operations are in compliance with regulatory laws and ethical standards

 

Key Requirements:

 

·       Proven experience as an Accounting Technician or a similar role

·       Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel)

·       Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations

·       Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask

·       Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

·       Relevant certification (e.g. CPA or accounting diploma) is preferred
