Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Delegate work to office support staff
  • Carry out administrative activities of establishment
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance and security services
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals and correspondence
  • Perform data entry

Marketing Coordinator

Aspire Media Marketing is hiring a Marketing Coordinator for their company located at 8160 Robinson Rd, Richmond, BC, V6Y 1B4.

 

Please note: This is a full-time and permanent position.

 

The duties of the Marketing Coordinator will be as follows.

 

  • Assess characteristics of products or services to be promoted to determine marketing and advertising needs of an establishment.
  • Advise clients on marketing, advertising or sales promotion opportunities and strategies.
  • Develop strategies and related content for direct and digital marketing and advertising campaigns and implement them.
  • Manage post campaign analysis to measure and report on marketing and advertising metrics.
  • Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys to identify the interests and concerns of key groups served by their organization.
  • Prepare or oversee preparation of reports, presentations, web sites and campaigns.
  • Develop and organize workshops, meetings, and other events and programs for publicity, and information purposes.
  • Represent and act as an agent for talented individuals or individuals with specific occupational expertise.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or features to existing clients based on their evolving needs.
  • Implement strategies to maximize client retention and foster long-term partnerships.
  • Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition.
  • Analyzing client data and metrics to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Advocating for client needs within the company to ensure their voices are heard and their requirements are met.
  • Monitoring industry developments and competitor activity to stay informed and provide strategic insights to clients.
  • Continuously seeking feedback from clients to improve service delivery and enhance the overall client experience.

 

Education Required

• Degree or diploma in a related field is required.

 

Experience Required

• Minimum one year of relevant experience is required.

 

Skills Required

• Experience working with clients in the healthcare or dental industry is an asset.

• Knowledge of social media management tools and analytics platforms is required.

• Certification in project management or client success management is an asset.

 

Wage

• $29.00 per hour

 

Hours of work

• Minimum 35 hours per week

• Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends
