Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Administer bedside and personal care
  • Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene

Huong Lan Vietnamese Restaurant. is currently looking for 2 permanent positions as Restaurant Manager to manage the Restaurant.

The main duties are:

·         Act on behalf of the owner/director in operating the restaurant when he is not on site.

·         Plan, organize and evaluate daily operations, including front of house, back of house and food processing team.

·         Recruit, train and supervise restaurant staff, including food processing workers

·         Monitor staff performance for evaluation,

·         Set staff, including food processing workers, work schedules,

·         Plan, order and manage inventory and supplies, including for food processing,

·         Ensure health and safety regulations are followed, including the restaurant and food processing

·         Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies,

·         Assist the owner/director in marketing plans and implementation,

·         Resolve customers’ complaints or concerns,

·         Prepare production reports,

·         Manage events and catering services

Requirements:

Working schedule: Morning, Evening, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours.

Education: College/CEGEP or equivalent experience

Wage: $37-$39/ hour and 40 hours/week
