Main Duties:

  • Operate a truck to transport products to and from specified destinations.
  • Load, secure and unload cargo
  • Prepare, receive and provide appropriate documentation for the delivery or pick up of goods
  • Verify inventory and ensure accuracy
  • Ensure timely service and excellent customer service
  • Maintains telephone contact with warehouse supervisor to receive delivery/pick up instructions or changes in the schedule
  • Maintain logs
  • Responsible for vehicle inspection, maintenance and presentation

Requirements:

  • Valid Class 1 driver’s License and Air Brake endorsement or Equivalent
  • Thorough knowledge of safe driving procedures and traffic laws
  • Excellent driving skills including able to drive in all seasonal road conditions
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with ability to perform routine vehicle maintenance
  • Professional under stressful situations & must be able to work with little supervision

Experience: Experience an asset.

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Language: English

Work Locations: Various locations – Travelling local, different provinces or long haul / cross-border

Wages: $27.50/hr.

Communicate electronically with computer user experiencing difficulties in registration and attending the online training programs; Perform Web-server backup and recovery operations; Provide timely and effective resolution to customer software issues through thorough troubleshooting and analysis; Offer expert guidance and assistance to users, ensuring a smooth experience with software applications; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues; Document and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, technical solutions, and recurring problems; Conduct proactive system monitoring and respond promptly to alerts, minimizing downtime; Assist in the development and maintenance of knowledge base articles for self-service customer support;  Keep abreast of software updates and industry trends to provide informed and up-to-date technical assistance; Deliver exceptional customer service by communicating technical information in a clear and understandable manner
