Term of Employment: Permanent Position, 40 hours per week

Location of Work: Winnipeg, Manitoba

Wage: $252,000 per year + production bonus

Language Requirement: English

Responsibilities:

• Examine patients to determine medical treatment for illnesses and/or injuries.

• Order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures.

• Prescribe medication and treatments.

• Perform vaccinations for disease prevention and control.

• Carry out and assist with routine surgery interventions.

• Provide emergency, acute, therapeutic and/or continuous care to patients.

• Evaluate effectiveness of care methods and procedures to suggest possible improvements.

• Document patient evaluations, treatments, interventions and medications.

• Coordinate primary patient care.

• Advise patients and their families on wellness, illness prevention, and healthcare practices.

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine degree from an approved university.

• Two to three years of family medicine residency training are required.

• Valid Province of Manitoba medical license.

• Strong practice skills and attention to detail.

• Friendly and compassionate disposition.

Home Child Care Provider

Salary: 21.00 hourly / 30 to 40 hours per week

Terms of employment: Full time, Permanent employment

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years

Work setting: Employer’s home, work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely.
