Administrative Assistant

Launchpad Early Learning Centre Ltd is hiring an administrative assistant for their company located at 1006 – 1189 Eastwood St, Coquitlam, BC, V3B 7N5

 

This is a full-time and permanent position.

 

The duties of the administrative assistant will be as follows

  • Schedule and manage staff meetings and maintain minutes
  • Schedule and manage student intakes and parent tours of our facility
  • Prepare and proofread all correspondence, newsletters reports and invoices
  • Update and maintain company policies handbook
  • Train staff on daycare policies and procedures
  • Co-ordinate information among other employees
  • Receive and record parent complaints and inform management
  • Maintain inventory and order supplies as required
  • Respond to all enquiries in person, electronic and through phone calls
  • Maintain information filing system
  • Schedule and manage practicum student intakes

 

Education Required

  • Completion of a post secondary school is required
  • Certificate or diploma in a related field will be as asset

 

Experience Required

  • Minimum one year of relevant experience is required

 

Wage and benefits

  • Wage being offered is $25.50 per hour.

  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and on weekends
