We have opening for Cook (NOC 63200) at our “A&W” restaurant Winchester (12233495 Canada Inc.) located at 12005 Main St, WINCHESTER, Ontario K0C 2K0. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person. Responsibilities will include preparing food for in restaurant and take out while following all food safety guidelines and product standards.
Job Requirements
Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

·       Determine the size of food portions and costs

·       Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods

·       Inspect kitchens and food service areas

·       Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food

·       Order supplies and equipment

·       Supervise kitchen staff and helpers

·       Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment

·       Clean kitchen and work areas

·       Manage kitchen operations

Work Setting: Restaurant

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, On Call
Salary: CAD $36.00 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible

Nail Salon Supervisor

Nail Salon Supervisor supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry, salon clean, neat and finishing workers.  Record the end of day sale, schedual workers month a head.  Respond to customers complain, and make sure customers have great experience at salon .  Report to employer once a week.  All staff salaries must record neatly to account.  

Operations & Management

Open and close the salon, ensuring everything is ready for next business day.  

Oversee appointment scheduling and walk-in to avoid long wait times.

Monitor inventoryof nail products.

Ensure all equipment is maintained, sanitized, and safe to use.

Enforce salon policies, health, and safety regulations.

Staff Supervision

Train, guide, and mentor nail technician and reception staff.

Evluate staff performance and provide feedback.

handle conflicts or concerns among team members.

Motivate the team to meet service and sales goals.
