Brief Description of Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, and artificial intelligence, with the ability to design and implement cutting-edge AI solutions. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop innovative algorithms and models that address complex business challenges.
Roles & Responsibilities
Algorithm Development
- Design, develop, and implement machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems.
- Conduct thorough research on the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
Data Processing and Analysis
- Collaborate with data engineers to preprocess and clean large datasets for model training.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to gain insights and inform feature engineering.
Model Training and Evaluation
- Train and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and iterate on models for continuous improvement.
Deep Learning Expertise
- Apply deep learning techniques to solve complex problems, leveraging frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Keep abreast of advancements in neural network architectures and adapt them for specific use cases.
Collaboration and Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts.
- Clearly communicate complex technical concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Model Deployment
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy machine learning models into production environments.
- Monitor and maintain deployed models, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
Continuous Learning
- Stay up to date with the latest trends, research, and technologies in machine learning and artificial intelligence.
- Share knowledge with the team through presentations, documentation, and training sessions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- Proven 2-3 years(minimum) experience as a Machine Learning Engineer and Data Science with a focus on AI.
- Proficient in programming languages such as Python or R
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch or scikit-learn.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision is a plus.
- Solid understanding of data structures, ML algorithms, and software design principles.
- Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Strong communication
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Naval Architecture: Well versed in NAPA, AutoCAD, Tribon/Aveva Marine, FluidFlow, Dassault
- Good to have Rasa Developer Certification
Compensation
Annual Base: $100,000/37.45 hours per week
Up to 10% Annual Performance Bonus
