Job Description:
- Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings.
- Develop, direct, and evaluate the marketing strategy for the company.
- Provide sales promotion for company’s tools and products. Advise clients on sales or advertising promotion.
- Liaison with local retailers and cooperators, advise updates and develop connection and business partnerships.
- Develop local media accounts and manage company’s websites and prepare market reports and all other market materials.
- Collect products feedback and client opinions.
- Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions.
- Provide intellectual, strategic, and operational leadership in developing the Company's overall work program.
Requirements:
- College or Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven 2+ work experience in a marketing role, preferably in retail or a related industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic web and design skills and proficiency in relevant marketing tools and design software.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, including social media, email marketing, and PPC advertising.
- Ability to organize and execute in-store events and promotions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Understanding of the kitchen and restaurant supplies industry is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Results-driven and customer-focused mindset.
