Responsibilities

Tasks

  • Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Prepare budget and cost estimates
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Prepare food order summaries for chef
  • Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
  • Supervise and check assembly of trays
  • Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee construction projects from inception to completion. JOB REQUIREMENT 

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Extensive experience in the construction industry may substitute for post-secondary education requirements.

Experience: Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in construction project management.

Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.

Skills:

  • Proficient in project management software and tools.

JOB DUTIES

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, budget, schedule, and resources.

  • Team Management: Lead and manage construction teams, including subcontractors and site workers, to ensure project objectives are met.

  • Budget Management: Monitor project expenditures and ensure financial efficiency, including cost forecasting and budget adjustments.

  • Quality Control: Ensure all construction activities comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.

  • Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

  • Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.

  • Progress Monitoring: Track project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.

  • Documentation: Prepare and present project reports, documentation, and updates to senior management and clients.

  • Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety regulations on construction sites.

  • Procurement: Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efficiency.
