Web-to-Print Solutions Support Specialists

PressCentric specializes in Web-to-Print software solutions for printing companies using the Software-as-a-Service model. We are seeking one full-time, permanent Web-to-Print Solutions Specialists at our Vancouver location.

Number of Positions available: 1

Term: This is a full-time, permanent position based on a 40-hour work week.

Location: Specialists will work from our Canadian office, located at 6060 Silver Dr , Burnaby, BC.

Wage: $28.85 / hour

Job Description:
The overall purpose of this position is to facilitate and execute inside and outside sales campaigns whilst being active in increasing client retention rates. Due to a subscription-based business model customer retention is of paramount importance to PressCentric. Therefore, it is necessary to provide first class ongoing customer support and training. New clients can often be unfamiliar with web to print systems and will require consultation on best practices when providing managed print services to their customers.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

  • Help with initial setup, training and on-boarding of new clients and retain clients past the trial period.
  • Provide ongoing customer support and training on system operation for existing clients.
  • Consult with clients after sale on the best practices for web to print solutions.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems, providing immediate CSS or HTML fixes for smaller aesthetic issues or provide input to developers when storefronts or services must be tailored to suit clients' needs.
  • Identify potential clients who could benefit from web to print technology and solicit them.
  • Promote additional services to existing clients.
  • Assist in development of reports and proposals as part of sales presentations to illustrate benefits of using our services.
  • Prepare and administer sales contracts using DocuSign.
  • Conduct sales transactions through Internet-based electronic commerce.
  • Create and manage Salesforce campaigns & ZenDesk macros.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in computing, software development or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in an English speaking environment.
  • Minimum one year of computer or technical sales experience.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO / marketing in a print provider context.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com, OpenOffice, HTML and CSS software.

Bonus if you have:

  • Experience with print management and print production systems
  • Experience with and knowledge of print provider business methodologies

Cleaning Supervisor

  • Responsible for ensuring the cleaning staff assigned to the restaurant; efficiently achieve the goal of maintaining the area in clean condition.
  • Supervise the work of the cleaning team (3 employees). Make schedules, hire new employees, solve issues, inform the executive team of performance, suggest training, ensure health and safety compliance and commitment to the organization.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure the area meet cleaning/safety standards. Direct the cleaning crew to specific areas, provide feedback and lead by example.
  • Demonstrate a great level of reliability and accountability. The cleaning supervisor is expected to be on time and ensure the necessary number of cleaning employees are also on time during their shifts.
  • Communicate with management for additional work needed on the site, i.e. on walls, floors, kitche and parking lot.
  • Communicate with other employees in order to understand their needs and provide immediate cleaning support (staff and resources).
  • Deal with workplace related issues, ensure smooth transition of shifts.
  • Maintain an inventory of tools, supplies and materials, ensure all necessary supplies and tools are available to all cleaning employees. Keep expense records, oversee cleaning budget and oversee timelines and financial limitations.
  • Maintain a high standard of performance at all levels of activities

1 year of experience

$26.15 per hour
