Hotel Clerk Supervisor – Night

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform all check-in and check-out task.
  • Manage online and phone reservations.
  • Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
  • Register guests collecting necessary information, like contact details and exact dates of their stay.
  • Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms.
  • Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports.
  • Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, rate and ameneties
  • Ensure smooth operation of computer system and arrange for maintenance and repair work.
  • Liaise with our housekeeping staff to ensure all rooms are clean, tidy and fully-furnished to accommodate guests’ needs.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or apartments.

Salary : $ 17.00 per hour

Full time

Location : 571 Gregg Avenue, Hinton, Alberta T7V 1N1 Hinton, Alberta

Hours : 35 to 44 hours per week

  • Make beds and change sheets
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries
  • Clean and disinfect elevators
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Wash windows, walls and ceilings
  • Clean changing rooms and showers
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
