Alma Bridal is seeking a Store Manager to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team. - Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures,
- Manage store budgets, expenses, and financial reporting,
- Maintain visual standards, cleanliness, and organization of the store,
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for product procurement,
- Recruit, train, and supervise sales associates, support staff, and performance evaluations,
- Schedule and manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to drive repeat business.
- Set sales goals and monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve targets.
- Create and implement effective merchandising strategies and displays.
- Ensure proper inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Coordinate store promotions, events, and bridal shows.
- Assist customers in selecting bridal gowns, accessories, and other related products.
- Ensure accurate measurements and order placement for customers.
Qualifications & skills:
- Minimum Secondary Diploma is required.
- 3-5 years of related retail work experience is required.
