  • Writing or printing bills, explaining them to customers, and collecting payments
  • Throwing away expired ingredients and condiments
  • Troubleshooting equipment issues and telling management when repairs are needed
  • Emptying trash, mopping floors, and taking care of other routine tasks when needed
  • Making sure that orders are accurate before bringing them to customers
  • Must speak Swahili and any other East African Language
  • Must be familiar with East African cuisine

  • Taking orders from the wait staff and preparing food according to customer preference
  • Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and order
  • Training staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of foods
  • Monitoring and managing cooking tools and ingredients
  • Making adjustments to accommodate clients with specific diet and health concerns
  • Setting up the work station
  • Developing recipes that comply with company policy
  • Must speak Swahili and any other East African languages
  • Must be familiar with East African Cuisine
