Looking a full time Health Care Aide

Overview

Our company is a start-up Health care services company based in Vancouver, BC. We currently seeking a full-time Health Care Aide. Duties include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

  • Supply and empty bed pans
  • Serve meal trays and feed patients
  • Make beds and maintain patient’s room
  • Maintain inventory of supplies
  • Take patients’ blood pressure, temperature and pulse
  • Supervise patients’ exercise routines
  • Weigh, lift, turn and position patients
  • Bathe, dress and groom patients
  • Answer call signals
  • Collect specimens
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
  • Accompany patients on outside recreational activities and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations

 

Credentials:

  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate

 

Experience

Experience an asset

 

Education:
Secondary school graduation certificate

Job Types:

Full-time, Permanent, 35.00 to 40.00 hours / week

Salary: $23/hour
