“Brighter Cleaning Services is a Vancouver based cleaning company specialized in Janitorial Services, Commercial Cleaning and Residential Cleaning Services. For its 2024 operations we are currently looking for 03 cleaning Supervisors for full time position starting March 12th 2024.

Responsibilities
Tasks
· Hire and train or arrange for training of cleaning staff
· Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
· Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards
· Prepare budget and cost estimates
· Recommend or arrange for additional maintenance services
· Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
· Assist cleaners in performing duties
· Co-ordinate work activities with other departments
· Establish work schedules
Supervision
· Janitors, caretakers and building superintendents
