Main duties:

 

  • Train employees in job responsibilities, safety guidelines, and company procedures
  • Specify approaches to fulfill work schedules and coordinate work movements with different subcontractors
  • Supervise, coordinate, and organize the training of related trainees, helpers, and laborers.
  • Manage, harmonize and schedule the actions of construction staffers encountered in bricklaying, roofing, insulating, tile setting, plastering, drywall installation, glazing, cement finishing, and painting, and workers who install and service prefabricated products in residential and commercial properties,
  • Prepare work advancement information
  • Fix work issues and suggest measures to enhance productivity and outcome quality
  • Order materials and supplies needed
  • Instruct personnel activities such as hiring and promotions

 

 

Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school
• 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.

Duties:

  • Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of

mechanics and helpers – Train or arrange for training of workers

  • Prepare production and other reports and make a report to

management

  • Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment – Establish methods to meet work schedules
  • Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are

observed

  • Write explanations of work performed and review orders
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturers’ specs
  • Charge out all parts used for the specific task
  • Supervise & manage tool & parts inventories
  • Resolve work problems and equipment work measures to improve productivity

Education and Skills Requirements:

  • Good English language level.
  • Secondary school is required.
  • Several years of experience are required.
