OVERVIEW – 

 

Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years

Work site environment: Noisy, Odours

Work setting: Urban area, In Shop, Commercial or in-house printers

 

RESPONSIBILITIES – 

TASKS:

Review job orders to determine job specification for production time, colour sequence and quantities required

Plan production methods

Mount plates and cylinders on Omet X440 17” UV Flex Press, making necessary adjustments 

Fill ink trays, mix and match UV inks for press

Monitor press run for quality using computer to inout codes and key in data

Remove, clean and box plates, clean and store cylinders at the end of the press run

Asset having knowledge operating DCM EVO #3 Seaming Machine and Rotoflex Slitter-Rewinder

 

EXPERIENCE AND SPECIALIZATION –

General manager – goods production, utilities, transportation and construction

Responsibilities:

Build high-quality business strategies, efficient operations and plans, ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. Communicate with managers in other areas to ensure all personnel understand and follow protocols, regulations and policies.

Provide quarterly reports to the Board of Directors emphasizing growth results and updates on operational planning and strategic initiatives. Communicate with the CEO to share plans for the company's future direction. This includes discussing the competition, construction trends, personnel, public opinions, etc.

Organize and engage large-scale complex teams, leading them and helping to develop a high-performing managerial team.

Give the proper strategic direction and create a vision for success, helping drive the development and guide it toward long-term success.

Proactively create metrics to track the financial and operational performance of the business.

Creatively develop recommendations with the goal of cost reduction and profit enhancement.
