Position: Food and Beverage Server
Job Type: Full-time
Location: 6555 Hardy Bay Rd, Port Hardy, BC
Wage: $19 per hour
Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations when requested
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any concerns or complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tables, counters, and service areas
- Process customer payments using cash registers or point-of-sale systems
- Follow all health and safety regulations and food handling guidelines
Qualifications:
- Previous experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow in the industry.
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
