Job Summary

We are looking for Cleaners to perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance duties. The cleaner will be responsible for keeping buildings in clean and orderly condition and performing heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, cleaning and stocking restrooms, washing walls, and removing rubbish.

 

Job Duties may include:

• Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas
• Perform various cleaning actions such as dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc
• Perform and track routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management in case there is need for repair and interventions
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Stock and maintain cleaning equipment, supplies and products
• Scrub sinks, basins, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
• Dispose trash from bins and containers
• Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

 

Requirements

• Language: Basic English is a requirement
• Education: No education needed
• Experience: Proven working experience as a cleaner would be an asset

 

Skills:

• Have general knowledge of various cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Integrity and good interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow health and safety standards
• Ability to multi-task and establish priorities

Job Summary

We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to lead our team and ensure we provide excellent customer service.

Cleaning Supervisor responsibilities include organizing employee shifts, training, and motivating team members, and checking private and public areas for tidiness. To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of sanitation regulations and team management abilities.

 

Job Duties may include:

• Supervise, schedule, and coordinate cleaning staff employees
• Oversee staff performance in terms of standards of cleanliness and their behavior on a daily basis
• Plan and prepare employee work schedules and arrange for replacements in cases of absence
• Establish and educate staff on cleanliness, tidiness, and hygiene standards
• Monitor and replenish cleaning products stock, including floor cleaner, bleach, and rubber gloves
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation policies in all areas
• Hire and train new team members
• Maintain inventory, order cleaning supplies, and create maintenance agreements with new clientele
• Assign employees for cleaning services to private and commercial clients

 

Requirements

• Language: Basic English is a requirement
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Experience: Must have relevant experience in cleaning and supervision of cleaning procedures
