Main duties:

  • Establish the organization’s goals, as well as design or approve policies and plans management policies and practices including recruitment, training, and development, performance management, and remuneration for all staff,
  • Meet with managers and coworkers to prioritize resource allocations,
  • Authorize and organize the creation of main departments and related management positions,
  • Choose middle-level managers, directors, or senior executives,
  • Act on behalf of the organization or a delegated representative in negotiations or in the performance of other official functions,
  • Complete other related tasks as needed,

Qualifications & skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related discipline field,
  • 3-5 years of related management work experience,

Main Duties:
• Prepare and cook all meals or individual dishes and foods,
• Clean the kitchen as per the cleaning schedule and restock work areas and ensure proper stock rotation,
• Assist in training kitchen staff,
• Schedule and supervise kitchen helpers,
• Assist with special event menus,
• Create and maintain inventory of food ,supplies and equipment ,
• Weekly and monthly reporting to managers,
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies;
Qualifications & Skills:
• 1-2 years of related work experience will be required.
• Completion of secondary school is required
