Main duties:

  • Develop Drafting legal documents and correspondence,
  • Managing client concerns and questions throughout the legal process,
  • Open and distribute regular and electronic incoming mail and other material and co-ordinate the flow of information,
  • Review and proofread documents and correspondence to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage,
  • Maintaining, organizing and update calendar and appointments,
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines,
  • Communicate with clients, adjusters, experts, etc,
  • May perform other general office work as required.

Qualifications & skills:

  • Completion of secondary school is required,
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a related field,
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.

Main duties:

  • Hire and oversee the activities of subcontractors and their employees,
  • Create and submit a budget quote for construction project,
  • Establish and carry out quality control programs,
  • Create contracts with architects, consultants, customers, suppliers, and subcontractors to negotiate revisions, changes, and additions to contractual agreements,
  • Represent the company by negotiating business services and partnership contracts,
  • Manage the purchase of building materials and land acquisitions,
  • Arrange, coordinate, direct, conduct, and evaluate construction projects from the blueprint to complete according to schedule, specifications, and budget,
  • Create a progress report and publish a progress plan to clients,
  • Organize and arrange construction schedules and milestones, track progress against set timelines.

Qualifications & skills:

  • College diploma in construction is required,
  • 3-5 years of work experience in a related field.
