Job Duties: We are hiring candidates with the following skills:

  • Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of workers who process, package, test and grade fish products
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments
  • Resolve work problems and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
  • Requisition materials and supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policy
  • Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
  • Prepare production and other reports.

We are looking for a competent Construction trades helpers and labourers to work on our companies' projects. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules, are also important.

Full Job Description-

  • Performing loading and unloading of construction materials to and from the construction site as required.
  • Mixing , pouring and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt.
  • Assisting the other team members in construction activities as required.
  • Operate various power and hand tools, including forklifts, drills, and skid loaders
  • Clean and prepare construction sites, including setting up scaffolding, removing and disposing of debris, and digging trenches
  • Follow safety procedures and report violations to management
  • Report incidents to foreman, safety director, or HR
  • Shovel materials to and from job site, including dirt and asphalt
  • Level earth to fine grade specifications using rake and shovel
    Direct traffic at or near construction sites
    Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.
