  • Open and distribute regular and electronic mail and other material;
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings;
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory;
  • Answer telephone and electronic enquiries;
  • Maintain computerized information filing systems ;
  • Determine and establish office procedures
  • Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors;
  • Arrange travel schedules and make reservations;

Salary: 27.5 CAD per hour on at least 30 hours per week.
