Production coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Support manufacturing products in compliance with all regulatory and quality system requirements.
  • Perform incoming inspections on products and assist in optimizing manufacturing systems, equipment, and procedures. Ensure production results is as per the company’s schedule.
  • Receive shipments, track inventory, package products, and maintain storage areas for devices and related supplies.
  • Participate in the maintenance and improvement of quality system processes and manufacturing procedures.
  • Monitor production to resolve issues.
  • Determine and allocate required resources to provide on-time delivery.
  • Work with other departments to ensure the needs of each event/production are met. Coordinate with these departments to ensure the logistical organization is completed, as well as supply chain activities.
  • Maintains records of invoices, agreements, and contracts, as well as expenses.
  • Work closely with all stakeholders to ensure responses and resolutions are timely and concise. Escalating as required if corrective actions do not meet customer expectations.
  • Verify production and safety records.
  • Responsible for document revision, control, and approval per relevant standards.
  • Maintain & organize records from multiple facilities and programs. i.e., inventory, progress, production outcome per expectations, etc.
  • Keep inventory supplies and parts and order restock as needed.

1 + years of experience

Description

We are a full service, three star hotel located just off Highway 4 in Meadow Lake. Our facility combines the best accommodations, food and beverage service in Meadow Lake.

 

Specific Skills:

Take beverage orders from serving staff or directly from patrons

Mix liquor, soft drinks, water and other ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks

Prepare mixed drinks, bottled beer and non-alcoholic beverages for food and beverage servers

May serve prepared drinks or cocktail mixes directly to patrons

Collect payment for beverages and record sales

Maintain inventory and control of bar stock and order supplies

Clean bar area and wash glassware

Ensure compliance with provincial/territorial liquor legislation and regulations

May train and supervise other bartenders and bar staff

May hire and dismiss staff
