J.I.J Hauling Ltd is looking for prospective employees to cover truck washer position. Candidates must be quick learner, able to work individually and in team, mentally and physically ready to work outside and perform various task.

 

Job duties include:

  • Washing of various pieces of heavy equipment, parts, and support vehicles using materials such as cleaning agents, brushes, cloths, hoses, water and semi automated machines
  • Cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle using hand, brush and washing equipment, polishing and drying the vehicle windows and windshields
  • Ensure proper treatment and maintenance of wash wands, bays and equipment
  • Perform general housekeeping to ensure the wash bay is clean and organized
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner and follow appropriate procedures
  • Other labouring duties as directed to assist in the fulfillment of full service to the client

 

Job skills:

  • Previous wash bay, steam, mobile and truck washing experience is an asset but not necessary
  • In-depth knowledge of a range of washing techniques
  • Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work safely
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to learn new tasks quickly

We are looking for a high-functioning, reliable and self-motivated individual to fulfill the role of Transportation Logistics Manager to be responsible for the overall supply chain management. Transportation Logistics manager responsibilities include organizing and monitoring transportation, storage, and distribution of goods.

 

The goal is to manage the entire order cycle to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.

 

Job Duties:

  • Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, transportation, finances, and customer services
  • Oversee the setting of transportation service rates and monitor revenue.
  • Negotiate for services and preferential rates,
  • Oversee the scheduling and dispatching of vehicles and goods.
  • Establish and implement policies and standards for the Transportation and storage of goods.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations,
  • Monitor company’s or department’s performance.
  • Prepare reports for senior management, and plan for changes to schedules and policies.
  • Arrange for shipping documentation and the tracking and tracing of goods in transit.
  • Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets

 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience as a logistics manager
  • Record of successful distribution and logistics management
  • Demonstrable ability to lead and manage staff
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects
  • Bachelor’s in business administration or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management
