We have opening for Restaurant Manager at our “Tim Hortons” restaurant (Akropolis 5 Inc) located at 150 Holiday Inn drive, Cambridge, ON N3C 3T2.Tim Hortons is in the relationship business. Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Job Duties:
· Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
· Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
· Monitor staff performance
· Recruit staff
· Set staff work schedules
· Supervise staff
· Train staff
· Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
· Conduct performance reviews
· Organize and maintain inventory
· Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
· Address customers’ complaints or concerns
· Provide customer service
· Supervision: 11 to 15 people
Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Weekend, Overtime available
Salary: CAD $37.50 per hour for 30 to 35 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
