Main duties:
• Hire and train adequate staff members to deliver a spa’s services,
• Set annual financial goals, review costs for spa procedures and services, oversee payroll and establish budgets for advertising, sales campaigns and promotional events,
• Create promotional and public relations campaigns to raise public awareness and visibility of the spa and its services to generate sales and increase memberships,
• Supervise and make sure that facilities are properly cleaned and that all equipment is in working order,
• Ensure customers’ satisfaction and expectation are met,
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.

Qualifications & skills:
• Completion of secondary school is required,
• 2-3 years of work experience in related field,

Duties:

• Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule the activities of

mechanics and helpers – Train or arrange for training of workers

• Prepare production and other reports and make a report to

management

• Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on equipment – Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Ensure that standards for safe working conditions are

observed

• Write explanations of work performed and review orders
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment to manufacturers’ specs
• Charge out all parts used for the specific task
• Supervise & manage tool & parts inventories
• Resolve work problems and equipment work measures to improve productivity

Education and Skills Requirements:

• Good English language level.
