Efficiency Home Renovations is seeking an experienced and reliable Construction Site Foreman/Woman to oversee residential renovation and construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising job sites, coordinating trades, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining project timelines and safety standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily on-site construction activities

  • Coordinate and schedule subcontractors, trades, and suppliers

  • Ensure projects are completed according to plans, specifications, and building codes

  • Monitor project timelines and maintain productivity targets

  • Conduct quality control inspections throughout project stages

  • Enforce workplace safety regulations and company policies

  • Communicate progress updates with project managers and company leadership

  • Resolve on-site issues and provide solutions efficiently

  • Order and manage materials and equipment as required

  • Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in construction or renovation site supervision

  • Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and building codes

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple trades

 We have an openings for Shop supervisors, automotive repair and service (Oil Change Technician Supervisors-NOC 72020) at our “Mr. Lube (2070800 Ontario Ltd.) located 1201 Fairview Street, Burlington Ontario L7S 1Y5. A fast-paced environment for a team-oriented person.

Job requirements
Languages: English

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year

Job Duties:

·       Supervise workers and projects

·       Co-ordinate and schedule activities

·       Train or arrange for training

·       Estimate costs and materials

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies

·       Establish methods to meet work schedules and co-ordinate work activities with other work units

Supervision: 5-10 People

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Fast-paced environment, physically demanding, standing for extended periods, Attention to detail, Work under pressure
