ECE Assistant

Job Title: Early Childhood Assistant

Location: On-site (No remote work option available)

Education:

  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to 2 years

Experience:

  • Experience required

Responsibilities:

  • Assist co-workers with housekeeping and cooking duties
  • Bathe, diaper, and feed infants and toddlers
  • Maintain daycare equipment
  • Support early childhood educators in implementing programs that promote children’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Assist in keeping records
  • Encourage children to express creativity through art, dramatic play, music, and physical activity
  • Engage children in activities such as storytelling, teaching songs, and preparing crafts
  • Guide and support children in developing proper eating, dressing, and toilet habits
  • Prepare snacks and arrange rooms or furniture for lunch and rest periods
  • Submit written observations on children to educators or supervisors
  • Attend staff meetings to discuss children’s progress and any issues
  • Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with co-workers and community service providers
  • Plan and maintain an environment that ensures the health, safety, and well-being of children
  • Supervise and care for children

Credentials:

  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1)
  • Early Childhood Education (ECE) Certificate
  • First Aid Certificate

We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who can start as soon as possible.

Job Responsibilities:

  • -Evaluate financial risk
  • -Assist in preparing operating and investment budgets
  • -Plan short- and long-term cash flows and assess financial performance
  • -Variance analysis
  • -Perform administrative tasks
