JOB REQUIREMENT 

Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in  Food service.

Language: English. 

 

JOB DUTIES

Develop strategies to adhere to work schedules

Oversee and coordinate the tasks of staff responsible for preparing and serving food

Instruct staff on job responsibilities, hygiene, and safety protocols

Calculate the necessary ingredients and supplies for meal preparation

Ensure that both food and service adhere to quality control standards

Handle customer complaints or concerns

Keep records of inventory, repairs, sales, and waste

Supervise and inspect the assembly of trays

Set up work schedules
