Tasks

  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Determine and establish office procedures and routines
  • Schedule and confirm appointments
  • Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
  • Perform data entry
  • Provide customer service
  • Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Admin Assistant

Job Responsibility:

Compose, input, revise, and meticulously review correspondence, invoices, presentations, brochures, publications, reports, and associated content generated from both machine dictation and handwritten sources.

Manage the reception and distribution of incoming traditional and electronic mail, along with other materials, while facilitating the internal and external flow of information among various departments and organizations.

Coordinate and confirm appointments and meetings on behalf of the employer.

Handle the procurement of office supplies and oversee inventory maintenance.

Attend to telephone and electronic inquiries, relay calls and messages, and implement effective communication processes.

Establish and manage both manual and computerized filing systems for information storage.

Develop and implement office procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
