Job Duties:
Plan and execute the preparation and cooking of pizza or specific dishes. Coordinate and supervise kitchen assistants, ensuring smooth kitchen operations. Monitor inventory levels and maintain detailed food, supplies, and equipment records. Manage tasks such as setting up and supervising buffets, cleaning the kitchen and work area, and, if applicable, planning menus, estimating food portions and costs, and monitoring and ordering supplies. Additionally, may be involved in hiring and training kitchen staff.
