Responsibilities

Tasks

·         Establish methods to meet work schedules

·         Requisition food and kitchen supplies

·         Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food

·         Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures

·         Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards

·         Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·         Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage

·         Prepare and submit reports

·         Must have knowledge of the establishment’s culinary genres

·         Establish work schedules

Main Job duties and responsibilities

  •     Collaborate on the design and prototyping of a new e-commerce website, creating visual layouts and ensuring designs align with the company’s brand identity.
  •          Develop and maintain website design standards and content management guidelines, ensuring consistency and an optimal user experience.
  •          Work closely with the web development team, providing design direction, reviewing website functionality, and suggesting layout and feature adjustments as needed.
  •       Optimize and manage website content, including product images, titles, and descriptions, uploading them through the website’s content management system or liaising with the development team for implementation.
  •          Assist in the integration and testing of website features to ensure smooth functionality and user-friendliness.
  •          Monitor and improve the website’s design, updating visual elements and content regularly to stay aligned with market trends and user needs.
  •          Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion of website updates and developments.

Hours: 40.00/week

Salary: $36.00 / hour

Vocation day: 10 days or 4%

Job requirement:

  •         Experience in e-commerce website design and management, with proficiency in prototyping tools such as Axure PR, Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, etc.
  •         Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with development teams to drive progress.
  •          A solid understanding of design principles and the ability to communicate effectively about website layouts and functionality.
  •          Basic understanding of user experience (UX) and the ability to consider user needs and ease of use in website design.
  •          Previous hands-on experience in website design or e-commerce platform development, with the ability to optimize site functionality and content.
  •          A Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience preferred, with a focus on practical skills and experience.
