Responsibilities

  • Direct and control daily operations
  • Evaluate daily operations
  • Plan and organize daily operations
  • Manage staff and assign duties
  • Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales
  • Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses
  • Determine staffing requirements
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
  • Conduct performance reviews

 

Candidates Requirement:

Education: Bachelor's degree in medical

Experience: 3 years plus management experience

Language: English, and multi-language skill a great asset

Candidates Requirement:

  •  Applicants with work experience in planning, designing, production and processing, cutting, polishing, grinding, coloring, etc. of dental products such as dentures, braces and dental molds, and dental technician licenses will be given priority;
  • Familiar with 3D modeling and design, software such as 3Shape and AutoCAD will be given priority;
  • Have experience in front desk, general affairs, purchasing, and dental assistant work in a dental laboratory and a dental clinic.

Candidates Requirement:

  • Assist in formulating the company's business strategy and business plan and completing business volume; discover and develop target customers and sales opportunities;
  • Understand and discover the needs and purchasing wishes of dental clinic and dental laboratory customers, introduce the advantages and features of your products, communicate with customers regularly, and establish good long-term cooperative relationships;
  • Complete the sales tasks set by the company and department on time, and cooperate with the company to provide after-sales service;
  • Applicants who have experience in front desk, general affairs, purchasing, and dental assistant work in dental labs and dental clinics will be given priority.

 Education:

Responsibilities

Co Ordinate activities with other work units or departments

Prepare and submit reports

Conduct performance reviews

Ensure smooth operation of equipment and machinery

Supervise, plan, assign and review the work of clerks engaged in the following duties: shipping, receiving, storing, distributing and maintaining inventories of materials, parts and products; processing purchasing transactions; coordinating production work; dispatching crews; scheduling transportation crews and routes; and other related activities

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures for safety and security, standards and regulations in force and participate in their improvement

Resolve various problems and related complaints and implement corrective measures and process improvements

Recruit workers and staff, Train workers in job duties

Requisition supplies and materials

Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery and arrange for maintenance and repair work

May conduct performance reviews of supervised workers

May perform the same duties as workers supervised.
