Nail Salon Supervisor

Nail Salon Supervisor supervise and coordinate the activities of laundry, salon clean, neat and finishing workers.  Record the end of day sale, schedual workers month a head.  Respond to customers complain, and make sure customers have great experience at salon .  Report to employer once a week.  All staff salaries must record neatly to account.  

Operations & Management

Open and close the salon, ensuring everything is ready for next business day.  

Oversee appointment scheduling and walk-in to avoid long wait times.

Monitor inventoryof nail products.

Ensure all equipment is maintained, sanitized, and safe to use.

Enforce salon policies, health, and safety regulations.

Staff Supervision

Train, guide, and mentor nail technician and reception staff.

Evluate staff performance and provide feedback.

handle conflicts or concerns among team members.

Motivate the team to meet service and sales goals.

 

Nanny

We are a private household looking for an experienced Nanny/Home Full-time Live-in (NOC 4411) for our  three children age 3, 9, 11 in Guelph, ON.  Please apply by Email only, no phone call.

Working hours: 40 hours per week

Wage: $23 per hour

Work Setting:  The employer’s house

Vacation: 1 week per calendar year.

 

Main duties:

Supervise and care for children in employer’s home for 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Plan, prepare and serve meals for children

Do laundry, making sure children have proper clean dress for school. 

Light house keeping and cooking, homework help, after school activities. 

Monitor illnesses, keeping children organized.

Job requirements:

Valid CPR/First Aid certificate

Completetion of Secondary School

At least 2 years of experience working as a nannay

Experience working children

References required
