Overview
Stefano’s Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher (Trucks). The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating logistics, scheduling drivers, and ensuring timely communication to support the smooth and efficient operation of our trucking services.
Key Responsibilities
- Dispatch drivers according to pre-established schedules and work orders
- Coordinate activities of drivers, crews, and equipment
- Monitor personnel workloads, locations, and availability
- Process and transmit instructions using dispatching equipment
- Maintain detailed logs and work records
- Record mileage, fuel usage, repairs, and related operational expenses
- Adjust routes and assignments as necessary for efficiency and problem resolution
Qualifications
- Education: Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate or equivalent experience
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English (required)
- Work Setting: Transportation
