We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) for our restaurant “102153223 Saskatchewan Ltd.” O/A “Red Swan Pizza” located at 3401 8th Street E, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7H 0W5. If you have what it takes to be successful at a busy restaurant, then this is a position for you. We are willing to train you if you have the right attitude, previous Red Swan Pizza experience will be considered an asset.

Position: Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030)

Job requirements
Languages: English
Education: Certificate or Diploma
Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Job Duties:
• Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits
• Develop budget to determine cost of food, ingredients, kitchen and cleaning supplies
• Evaluate daily operations
• Monitor staff performance
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Recruit staff
• Set staff work schedules
• Supervise staff and train staff
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Participate in marketing plans and implementation
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service

Employment conditions: Evening, Shift, Morning, Night, On call, Day, Weekend
Salary: $34.00 per Hour for 32 to 40 Hours per week
Starting Date: As soon as possible
Terms of Employment: Full time and permanent
Number of Positions: 1
Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register, MS office and Spreadsheet
