Job Description

– Develop and implement strategies to optimize daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality service.

– Analyze operational metrics and customer feedback to assess the performance of the restaurant and identify areas for improvement.

– Foster a culture of teamwork and collaboration among staff to enhance overall productivity and morale.

– Establish and document standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all aspects of the restaurant, including service protocols, food preparation, and cleanliness standards.

– Develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract qualified candidates, utilizing various channels such as social media, and industry networks.

– Implement ongoing training programs to enhance staff skills in customer service, food safety, and product knowledge, ensuring consistency in service delivery.

– Utilize scheduling software to create efficient work schedules that meet operational needs while considering employee availability and preferences.

– Conduct regular performance reviews, providing constructive feedback and coaching to support staff development and address performance issues.

– Maintain accurate inventory records, conducting regular stock counts to prevent shortages and overstock situations.

– Implement cost-control measures, such as portion management and waste reduction initiatives, to optimize food and beverage costs.

– Actively engage with customers to gather feedback, promptly addressing concerns and implementing solutions to enhance the dining experience.

– Stay informed about health and safety regulations and ensure all staff are trained and compliant, conducting regular inspections to uphold standards.

– Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing for food, beverages, and equipment.

– Collaborate with clients to understand their needs for catering services or events, providing personalized service and tailored packages.

– Manage logistics for events, coordinating with kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless execution and an exceptional guest experience.
