Tasks

·         Diagnose and isolate faults on engines and motors

·         Review work orders and discuss work to be performed with supervisor

·         Estimate repair costs

·         Adjust, repair or replace parts using hand tools and equipment

·         Test and adjust repaired equipment for proper performance

 Work conditions and physical capabilities

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Research Manager to lead our research initiatives. This role is essential to developing and managing clinical studies, gathering and analyzing data, and collaborating with medical professionals to expand the effectiveness of hyperbaric treatment. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in medical research and a passion for innovation in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct and oversee clinical research studies in hyperbaric medicine.

• Develop protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

• Collect, manage, and analyze research data.

• Publish findings and represent International Hyperbaric Health Centers Inc at industry events.

• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure the integrity and accuracy of research processes.

• Identify key research areas and projects with stakeholders.

• Supervise, train and provide guidance to supporting staff and researchers.

• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in medical, clinical, or biological research.

  Proven experience in clinical research, ideally within hyperbaric or related fields.

• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and data management.

• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Skilled in research methodologies, statistical analysis, and data visualization tools.
