AT YOUR DOOR SERVICES LTD is urgently looking for a full-time BOOKKEEPER  to join our team. The company is located in Prince George and provides janitorial services to commercial & residential buildings. Ideal candidates should be friendly, hard working, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and work with little supervision.

Permanent Position: Bookkeeper

No. of vacancies: 01

Start Date: As soon as possible; Working hours from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

Wage rate: $29 per hour;  30 to 40 hours per Week.

JOB REQUIREMENT 

Education: 

Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or related fields.

Experience: Minimum 1  year relevant experience.

Language: English. 

Computer and Technology Knowledge (preferred)

  • MS Excel

  • MS Word

  • Spreadsheet

  • Quickbook 

 

JOB DUTIES

Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll

Calculate fixed assets and depreciation

Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems

Maintain general ledgers and financial statements

Post journal entries

Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports

Prepare tax returns

Prepare trial balance of books.

Reconcile accounts

 

Working setting : The candidate should be available to work full-time in the day.
