Responsibilities

Bag, box or parcel purchases for customers, for shipment or delivery

Obtain articles for customers from shelf or stockroom

Unpack products received by store and count, weigh or sort items

Keep stock clean and in order

Process electronic transactions using computer equipment

Direct customers to location of articles sought

Maintain computerized stock inventory

Stock shelves and display areas

Price items using stamp or stickers according to price list

Perform general cleaning duties (i.e. sweeping, mopping floors)

Operate cash register

Provide customer service

We have an opening for Restaurant Manager (NOC 60030) for “Tim Hortons” (2193503 Ontario Limited) located at 1728 Bloor Street West, Toronto, Ontario M6P 1A8. If you have what it takes to be successful at a busy restaurant, then this is a position for you. We are willing to train you if you have the right attitude.

Job requirements

Languages: English

Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience

Experience: 2 year to less than 3 years

Ability to Supervise: 11-15 people

Job Duties:

·       Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits

·       Evaluate daily operations

·       Monitor staff performance

·       Plan and organize daily operations

·       Recruit staff

·       Set staff work schedules

·       Supervise staff

·       Train staff

·       Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·       Conduct performance reviews

·       Organize and maintain inventory

·       Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·       Address customers’ complaints or concerns

·       Provide customer service

·       Direct and control daily operation

Employment conditions: Early Morning, Morning, Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime

Salary:  CAD $37.50 per hour for 30 to 35 hours per week  
Starting Date: As soon as possible
