Responsibilities

  • Requisition of food and kitchen supplies
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Estimate ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation
  • Hire food service staff
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Must know the establishment's culinary genres
  • Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys
  • Establish work schedules

Position: Kitchen manager

Wage: $19 to $21 hourly (To be negotiated)
