Responsibilities

Tasks

·        Analyze budget to boost and maintain the restaurant’s profits & Evaluate daily operations

·        Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget

·        Monitor revenues to determine labour cost & Monitor staff performance

·        Plan and organize daily operations & Recruit staff

·        Set staff work schedules, Supervise staff & Train staff

·        Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures

·        Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms

·        Conduct performance reviews & Cost products and services

·        Organize and maintain inventory

·        Ensure health and safety regulations are followed

·        Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies

·        Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities

·        Participate in marketing plans and implementation

·        Leading/instructing individuals

·        Address customers’ complaints or concerns & Provide customer service

Description

As the embroidery supervisor, you’ll oversee our production, leading a team that operates industrial embroidery machines and manages Wilcom Studio software to create flawless designs.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coordinate, and schedule embroidery operators to ensure seamless operation of industrial embroidery machines.
Proficient in operating multi-head industrial computerized embroidery machines and Wilcom Studio for precise design digitization and transfer.
Establish efficient methods to meet work schedules and optimize production coordination with other departments.
Resolve work-related issues promptly, enhancing productivity and maintaining superior product quality.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the embroidery work areas and equipment.
Requisition of necessary materials for smooth production operations.
Conduct comprehensive training sessions for proficiency in machine operations and design software.
Recommend personnel actions based on performance evaluations and skill development.
Prepare detailed production reports highlighting operational efficiencies and improvement opportunities.
Ensure precise order execution by selecting appropriate threads, hoops, and designs as per client specifications.
Collaborate to optimize production efficiency, meet deadlines, and uphold exceptional quality standards.
Contribute to shipping, receiving, and product preparation within the embroidery domain.

Qualifications:
Proficient in Wilcom Embroidery Studio, Barudan, and Tajima machines.
Strong computer skills in MS Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented and adept at following instructions in fast-paced embroidery settings.

Requirements:
Proficient in English (written and verbal).
Must have Three (03) years of medium-scale embroidery production experience.
Must have 1-2 years of supervisory experience in an Embroidery Production Facility.
Must have 3-5 years of supervisory role experience.
