We are looking for 4 seasonnal Harvest workers to assist our farming operations. The responsibilities of a Harvest worker include performing physical labor, operating machinery, and checking the fruit quality.

To be successful as a worker, you should demonstrate a passion for the outdoors, knowledge of agricultural machinery, and physical stamina. Ultimately, a top-notch worker should possess physical strength, good hand-eye coordination, and a keen interest in agriculture.

Harvest Worker Responsibilities:

  • Performing manual labor.
  • Performing maintenance on the farm.
  • Handling machinery.
  • Repairing faulty vehicles and machinery.
  • Managing farming activities.
  • Checking fruit quality.
  • Harvesting fruits.
  • Packing and staocking fruits.

Harvest Worker Assets:

  • Previous experience in the farming industry.
  • Knowledge of farming best practices.
  • Able to work long hours on location.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Must be physically fit.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination.

Truck Driver AZ class license

  • Plan or adjust routes based on changing conditions, using computer equipment, global positioning systems (GPS) equipment, or other navigation devices, to minimize fuel consumption and carbon emissions
  • Address customers’ complaints or concerns
  • Professionalism in customer service
  • Load and unload goods
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials
  • Perform pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections and oversee all aspects of vehicle
  • Seasonal from May to November – $34.07 per hour up to 60 hours per week. Must be able to handle 100 lbs load
  • 1 to 2 years of experience preferably in the flower industry. Apply by Email with proof of license and experience
