Additionally, you will generate reports on sales, merchandising, and staff performance while recruiting, training, and monitoring new employees. Maintaining store visual standards, including displays, signage, and cleanliness, is essential. Depending on business needs, you may handle tasks such as opening and closing the store, resolving escalated complaints, and developing marketing strategies. You will be key in ensuring the department operates efficiently and effectively.
