Tasks/ Job Duties:

  • -Assist directors in the overall management of Business associates and agencies who are working
    for the promotion of study abroad and immigration programs.
    – Develop new business contracts, negotiate commission terms and oversee their payments by
    ensuring our profitability.
    -Support directors in the management of company’s book-keeping, commission distribution, payroll,
    and CRM.
    -Develop networks for business growth, initiate market research and implement marketing
    -Plan, organize, formulate, and approve promotional materials of various associates and conduct
    campaigns based on the market trends and immigration changes.
    -Train business associates and their staffs about our various immigration and study programs by
    providing reference materials and implement financial and administrative controls. Also, formulate
    and approve promotional campaigns.
    -Represent the organization for various business meetings/ official functions on behalf of directors
    with our associate college /universities and find out new study programs to promote international
    – Building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and business associates by
    effectively and promptly handling their complaints and requests. Also, collect feedback from
    associates & clients and share the details with the directors.
    – Represent and participate on behalf of directors in various community gatherings in various part
    of Ontario and promote our business through community relationship.
    Provide leadership and direction to business associates and their employees to achieve constant
    -Manage business associates and referral agents and develop marketing strategies and give them
    coaching and mentoring.
    – Make business contracts with English teaching institutes like IELTS, PTE coaching providers and
    promote our study abroad and immigration department.
    – Verify company’s performance forecasts and meet the company’s financial objectives.
    – Respond directly to new business opportunities, plan and effectively execute them.
    – Oversee the performance of the teams across multiple associate locations, inspire, cultivate and
    retain associates.
    – Conduct recruitment/ campaign programs for study abroad or immigration programs especially in
    India by working with business associates and recruiters.
    -Monitor Google Ads Campaign, Ad Creation and social media promotion and Email Marketing of
    our organization and associates met regulatory bords requirements and have not provided any
    misleading information or promises.
    -Manage the budget of Google Ads Campaign, Ad Creation and social media promotions and
    make sure the best results are received.
    – Communicate with business associates and management on project timelines, and results.
    – Travel domestically and overseas for marketing trips or business meetings on behalf of directors
