M&A Smart Accounting Ltd. is seeking a bookkeeper to conduct all the duties of the position. We are looking for an individual who is efficient and comfortable being a member of the team.

Shift: 35 Hours / Week

Hourly rate: $26.50 CAD/Hour

Main duties:

  • Reconcile accounts,
    • Prepare other statistical, financial, and accounting reports,
    • Prepare tax returns, and perform other personal bookkeeping services,
    • Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts, using,
    • Manual and computerized bookkeeping systems,
    • Record all expenses and sales and ensure they match with bank statements,
    • Calculate and Prepare payroll slips/pay stubs according to the type of pay period,
    • Prepare financial statements and report them to an accountant,
    • Filing of government remittances. Qualifications & skills:

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school is required,
• 3-5 years of related work experience.
